1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Asad Ullah ("I", "me", or "my") for web design and development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the engagement.
2. Services Provided
I provide professional web design and development services including but not limited to:
- Custom website design and development
- WordPress development and customization
- E-commerce solutions
- SEO optimization
- Website maintenance and support
- Digital marketing consultation
3. Project Process
Each project follows a structured process:
- Consultation: Initial discussion of requirements
- Proposal: Detailed scope, timeline, and pricing
- Agreement: Mutual acceptance of terms
- Development: Design and build phases
- Review: Client feedback and revisions
- Launch: Final deployment
- Support: Post-launch assistance
4. Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins
- The remaining 50% is due upon project completion
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or local payment options
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Work will not be released until full payment is received
5. Revisions
Each package includes a specified number of revisions:
- Basic Package: 2 rounds of revisions
- Standard Package: 3 rounds of revisions
- Premium Package: Unlimited revisions during development
Additional revisions beyond the scope may incur extra charges.
6. Timeline
Project timelines are estimates based on complexity and scope. Delays may occur due to:
- Late delivery of content or materials from client
- Scope changes or additional requirements
- Payment delays
- Unforeseen technical challenges
I will communicate any potential delays promptly.
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the final website design and code
- I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio
- Third-party assets (images, plugins, themes) may have separate licensing terms
- Source files may be provided upon request for premium packages
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide necessary content, images, and materials on time
- Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
- Provide feedback during review phases
- Ensure you have rights to all provided materials
- Make payments according to agreed terms
9. Warranty & Support
- Basic Package: 1 month of post-launch support
- Standard Package: 3 months of post-launch support
- Premium Package: 6 months of post-launch support
Support includes bug fixes and minor adjustments. Major changes may be quoted separately.
10. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for:
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Issues caused by third-party services or hosting
- Changes made by client or unauthorized parties
- Indirect or consequential damages
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such case:
- Client pays for work completed up to termination
- Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced
- All materials are returned to respective owners
12. Confidentiality
I will keep all client information and project details confidential unless explicit permission is given or required by law.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
