The core functionality of the Self Accountability app relies strictly on local data storage. We do not collect, transmit, store, or process any of your personal data on external servers. All information you input into the app (such as daily routines, prayer logs, and personal notes) is saved locally on your device's internal storage using SQLite or Key-Value databases.

2. Permissions

Our app may request certain permissions to function properly:

• Biometric Authentication (Fingerprint/Face ID): Used solely to secure your data locally. Authentication happens on-device via the Android OS. We do not have access to your biometric data.
• Storage / Media: Required to save exported PDF reports and share them via external apps like WhatsApp or Email if you choose to do so.
• Notifications: To send you daily reminders for accountability.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not use third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. The application is completely free of ads and trackers.

4. Data Security

Your data is secured within the app's sandbox provided by the Android operating system. Furthermore, the app provides a biometric lock feature to prevent unauthorized physical access to your data. However, since the data is stored locally, losing your device or uninstalling the app will result in the loss of your data unless you have manually exported it.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by updating the new Privacy Policy on this page.
